2. Scope of this Policy

visit our website.
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which contains further

obligation; or
• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where processing is necessary for our legitimate
interests in providing a secure, stable and functional website.

accordance with section 25(1) TDDDG and, where personal data are processed,
Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before

Our donation page may contain an online donation form provided by twingle
GmbH.
When you actively use the donation form, the information you enter is
processed for the purpose of handling your donation. This may include your
name, contact information, donation amount, selected payment method, payment
information and information required for a donation receipt.
The current twingle integration is intended to operate without tracking
cookies. If cookies or comparable technologies are introduced through a
future technical configuration, they will be identified in the Cookie
Settings and, where legally required, will not be activated before consent.

PayPal may also be offered as an external payment option. Where PayPal is
provided only through an external link, PayPal services are not activated on
our website before you select that link.
After selecting the PayPal link, you leave our website and the processing of
data is governed by PayPal’s own privacy and cookie information.

Our website may contain links to social-media profiles, including Facebook,
Instagram, X or Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Where these services are included only as ordinary links, no direct
connection to the social-media provider is established merely because you
